Welcome to Luxury Wheel Specialists ("LWS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of luxurywheelspecialists.com, our related websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 to use the Services.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

2) Communications; Email and SMS

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from LWS, including service notices, appointment updates, marketing messages, and transactional notices, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. For SMS, see Section 3 below.

3) SMS Terms

Required SMS disclosure (use exactly as written):

SMS Terms: Luxury Wheel Specialists sends text messages to those that opt in. Messages we send include customer care, marketing, and account notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP or contact us at bob@luxurywheelspecialists.com for support. Text STOP to opt out of future messages at any time.

Additional SMS notices:

  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.

  • For assistance, reply HELP or email us. To stop, reply STOP at any time.

  • We only send SMS to users who have provided proper opt-in. See Appendix A for suggested website opt-in language.

4) Appointments, Quotes, and Payments

  • Estimates & Quotes. Written or verbal estimates are based on visible/declared issues and may change upon inspection.

  • Deposits. We may require a deposit to schedule work. Deposits may be applied to the final invoice.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may incur a fee.

  • Payments. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We accept the payment methods listed on the site. Late balances may accrue fees as permitted by law.

5) Service-Specific Disclosures (Wheel Repair & Refinishing)

Wheel repair, straightening, refinishing, painting, powder coating, machining, and similar services have inherent limitations and risks. By engaging our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Structural/Hidden Damage. Pre-existing or hidden cracks, bends, or structural issues may be revealed during service. Safety is our priority; we may refuse service if we determine a wheel is unsafe to repair.

  • Finish Variations. Color matching (including OEM finishes), texture, gloss level, and metallic/pearl effects may vary due to age, prior repairs, fading, and manufacturing differences.

  • Aftermarket vs. OEM. References to OEM names are for identification only; we are not affiliated with OEM brands unless expressly stated.

  • Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS). TPMS components can be fragile; while we exercise care, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults or age-related failures.

  • Track/Off-Road Use. Wheels used in
